Reservations are accepted by sending a deposit to a percentage (variable from 10% to 40%) of the total stay and they can be canceled free of charge within 45 days from the date of arrival, this contract provides that If the cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit will be retained; If the cancellation occurs 21 days or less before the arrival date, the daily rate for the room only and breakfast indicated in the price list for the booked reference period or in the final confirmation (beyond this date the amount for the room only wiil be paid to the structure, also for bookings made on the booking and expedia portals). In the event of Late Arrival or Early departure or no show will be charged the price of the room. For stays unfinished and unused meals, there is no refund. The room must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, while the arrival is after 13 hours. For reservations made through Booking.com and Expedia, cancellation is free of charge within 45 days of the arrival date. After that, the full cost of the room and breakfast only stay will be charged. No exceptions are made for cancellations due to organizational, health, or any other issues affecting the customer's ability to enjoy the stay. The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, while arrival is expected after 2:00 p.m. N.B.: Reservations for sea-view rooms (and not those on upper or lower floors or in the annex) are always specifically indicated in the confirmation email or messages. In other cases, the room deemed best by management will be assigned.- A quote does not guarantee a reservation. |
